A Toronto woman will be back in Kingston for a court date after police say she chose to drink and drive. She's charged with impaired driving, fail to provide breath sample and driver's licence is suspended for 90. Police say she was speeding on University Avenue, hit a parked vehicle, tried to flee, got stuck on someone's lawn then tried to run away. Witnesses were able to keep her there until police arrived.
