An inmate has died at Millhaven Institution. 64 year old Winston Malcolm died while in custody at Millhaven’s Regional Treatment Centre. He’d been serving a sentence since 1997 for second degree murder. Next of kin have been notified along with police and the coroners office. Correctional Service Canada will review the circumstances of his death.
