The Town of Greater Napanee is giving public notice that a stretch of the Conservation Park Docking Facility will be closed to watercraft this long weekend. About 260 feet of the dock will be closed to accommodate the expected arrival of a number of large boats docking at the facility between Friday – Sunday. The closure will begin will begin at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Friday, August 2, 2019 and will remain closed until approximately 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2019. There will be limited spaces for public boaters to dock once these boats arrive. The Centre St. boat launch remains closed to public use, due to repair work commencing on the north side corner of the launch. Public notice will be given once the Centre St. boat launch has reopened; repairs are expected to be completed over the next few weeks.
