Correctional Services of Canada is investigating the death of a 23-year-old inmate at Millhaven Institution. Justin Baker, who was serving an indeterminate sentence for second degree murder, died while in custody on November 16th. Baker had been in jail since December of 2017. Officials have no far, not released any other information on Baker’s apparent cause of death.
