Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre continues to take care of injured animals during this difficult time. Currently the centre is in need of sweet potatoes, carrots, corn on the cob, spring mix and apples. They are also looking for heating pads that do not have an automatic turn off feature. If you have any of these items, or are out at the grocery store and could pick something up, please think of the animals at Sandy Pines. The staff stresses that they do not want people to make unnecessary trips to pick up these items. For everyone’s safety, you are asked to drop off any donations at the front of the centre.
