The Limestone District School Board says that KFL&A Public Health has identified a positive COVID-19 case at La Salle Secondary School. KFL&A Public Health says the new case today is a male between 10 and 19 years of age and the mode of transmission is close contact. The individual is said to be isolating at home and they are following directives from public health. Any affected members of the school community have been notified.
The active case count in the region is now eight.
