Councillor Dave Pinnell Jr has embraced his craziest COVID hair nomination in the Greater Napanee Spirit Awards.
At last night’s town of Greater Napanee Town council meeting he let his main roam free to show off his wild hair.
A smile was brought to all’s face when the mention of Pinnell’s crazy hair came up, including with two individuals who were in attendance with a deputation for council. They had this to say about his hair after the mention of cutting it off.
