One individual has been arrested and will now face several charges in connection to a double homicide in the City of Kingston in October of 2021. Kingston Police, along with assistance from other police services in London and the Durham region, were able to locate and arrest Gregory Anthony Beasley of Toronto, as the suspect in the crime. On August 17, 2022 the Kingston Police arrested Gregory Anthony Beasley in the city of Toronto in relation to the murders of Nico Soubliere and Carl Alen Delphin. Subsequent to his arrest he was transported to Kingston Police headquarters where he was held for a bail hearing on August 18, 2022 which resulted in him being remanded into custody. Beasley has been charged with two counts of first degree murder and several firearms related charges. More charges are pending as the investigation continues.
