Members of the public and the local business community had a chance to share their feelings regarding the potential reinstatement of the BIA at a special council meeting at the Strathcona Paper Centre Thursday evening.
After the meeting, Mayor Terry Richardson spoke with myFM about the next steps on the part of Town Council.
Richardson confirmed that regardless of the outcome of the BIA decision, Council intends to offer a solution for our downtown businesses, one way or another.
Downtown business owner Rennie Hutzler felt positive about the evening.
