The Lennox and Addington County General Hospital has made a significant update to their parking rules, which will help patients who need it the most.
New signage recently posted points to specific spaces for patients undergoing chemotherapy or day surgery.
The hospital made the move after patient and caregiver feedback suggested closer parking or drop-offs would make their lives easier, often while dealing with the stresses of intense therapy or procedures.
They plan to add a couple more of the spaces once the weather turns nice too.
