The Napanee Raiders are ready to play in game one of their East Tod Division semifinal’s matchup with the Port Hope Panthers.
myFM spoke with head coach Ben Hagerman, to look back on their successful regular season, which saw them only lose 6 games.
The Raiders haven’t played since their final game of the season March 4th when they were in Frankford to play the Huskies, who were eliminated from the playoffs in the first round by the Panthers.
Hagerman filled us in on what the teams been up to these last two weeks.
Looking ahead to this best of seven series with Port Hope, Hagerman notes this is a “heck of a hockey team,” who have some strong, tough offensive players and amazing powerplay.
The semifinal schedule plays as follows:
