The Napanee Raiders went into this game with their backs against the wall looking to keep their series alive, down 3-1 in their best of seven semifinal series with the Port Hope Panthers.
At 7:17 of the first period, Ben White scored during his playoff debut on the power play with an assist from Ryan Kidd and Christos Chronis, for a 1-0 Napanee lead. Following a scoreless second period, Napanee secured their lead with their second goal of the night at 1:08 in the third period by Soren Zamuner from Ben White on the assist. The period saw two more goals by Marshal McFarland and Cameron Krupa for an impressive 4-0 win on home ice. This was Napanee goalie Bailey Maracle’s first shut out of the series, stopping all 33 shots on net.

In the other East Tod Division Semifinal match up, the Picton Pirates beat the Amherstview Jets 2-1 in overtime Tuesday night to tie their series 2-2. Game five goes Thursday, March 30th in Amherstview.
