Lennox and Addington County OPP needs your help to identify a suspect involved in a hit and run with a stolen vehicle.
Yesterday morning just before 7:00 a.m., a vehicle was hit on Hwy 401 eastbound by Shorey Road. Fortunately, no one was hurt. The suspect’s vehicle, a white GMC Yukon, ran away. The police found the empty stolen vehicle at Creekford Road and Bayridge Drive in Kingston but couldn’t locate the driver.
There’s no description of the suspect, and the public isn’t in danger. If you saw the driver or have surveillance footage of the incident, please call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
