Tim Hortons announces first-ever national Holiday Smile Cookie campaign (CNW Group/Tim Hortons)
Everyone’s favourite cookie is back at Tim Hortons, and with a festive twist!
The company has announced a new Holiday Smile Cookie, with 100% of proceeds going to local charities and Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.
In Napanee, funds will be going to support the Salvation Army food bank.
myFM spoke with Abby Mills, Salvation Army’s Director of Community Ministries, who told us they were approached by Tim Hortons earlier this year about being the first local charity to be supported by the festive campaign.
The Salvation Army food bank is always busy, more so at this time of year. Mills says they are continuing to see a growing number of people who have to reach out, many for the first time.
One way you can help support the food bank is by visiting any Tim Hortons in Napanee between November 13 – 19 to buy a holiday smile cookie.
This new cookie is a white-chocolate sugar cookie with red and green sprinkles. Cookies cost $1.50.
You can even pre-order cookies by filling out the form below and dropping it off at your nearest Tim Hortons location.
