The Lennox and Addington OPP were kept bust over the weekend, arresting 5 impaired drivers.
On April 19, 2024, L&A County OPP officers arrested Jose Ramos, 51, from Oshawa, for driving a stolen vehicle near County Road 41. He’s charged with possession of stolen property, impaired driving, failure to comply with a release order, and driving offenses.
On April 20, Jayson Maitland-Turner, 37, from Bath, was charged with impaired driving after the OPP observed a vehicle on Bath Road by County Road 4 strike the shoulder of the road. He was released on an undertaking.
A 20-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on April 21 for impaired driving and spousal assault. His identity is withheld to protect the identity of the victim.
Thomas Mark, 66, from Napanee, faced charges of impaired driving and assaulting a peace officer after a single vehicle collision on Beechwood Road by Drive In Road on April 21.
Skylar Lappan, 25, from Loyalist, was charged with impaired driving and assault on April 22 after the OPP recieved reports of an unwanted female in a residence who was being assaultive.
All were released on undertakings and are set to appear in Court in Greater Napanee.
