Greater Napanee Town Council received a petition to sign at their meeting this week to save lives by saving organs.
Mayor Terry Richardson explained,
Councillor Michael Schenk says he’s all for organ donation but doesn’t believe he should dictate if someone else should be as well.
Council voted to send a letter of support in a 4-2 vote.
