Greater Napanee Pride is thrilled to unveil the lineup and details for Pride 2024, their biggest celebration yet.
Event Highlights Include:
- Pride Parade: Join us in a Conservation Park at 10:30 for our parade along the scenic waterfront trail.
- Pride in the Park: Following the parade, Conservation Park will host an afternoon filled with live music performances, a variety of food vendors, children’s activities and much more.
- Music Performances: Notable artists such as Teagan McLaren, Kris & Dee, Bon Evans and Stephen Medd will grace the pavilion (Stage A), bringing thrilling live music to the event.
- Community and Cultural Events: A tent on the west side of the park (Stage B) will feature Queer History Time with Tyffanie Morgan, Dancing with Author Catherine Hernandez, Storytime with Milky the Cow, Gamer Girl Drag Artist Joy Stix, music by Tianna Miller and fun activities hosted by the L&A Library.
- Pride in the Country: In the evening, we will be heading over to the Strathcona Paper Centre for dancing and drag featuring headliner Suki Doll from season 2 of Canada’s Drag Race, alone with Sonny Rayz, Ethan, Rowena Whey, Oktavia, Shay Dee, Renona, Jezebel Bardot, Fifi Morgan and JD Merciii!
Looking for parking? An accessible bus will run every hour from 10 AM to 4 PM between the Strathcona Paper Centre and Conservation Park, ensuring that everyone can participate in the day’s activities.
And for when you get hungry, the Napanee Legion will host a fundraising BBQ.
This year’s event is scheduled for June 1st.
