Registered Nutritionist Lianne Phillipson has been talking to us recently about the benefits of intermittent fasting, and on the Morning Show last week, she shared another good tip for us.
Phillipson shared a great tip with us on the Morning Show this week….to use a smaller plate! And obviously, be careful about what you cram onto it.
Using a smaller plate at home or at that friend’s barbeque is one good tip. Another one is being present.
