James Tulloch, 54, of Verona, has been arrested and charged by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with several sexual offences, including possession of child pornography.
The investigation, which started with Kingston Police, was handed over to the Lennox and Addington (L&A) Crime Unit in June 2024. Tulloch was arrested on October 17, 2024.
Tulloch faces multiple charges, including Voyeurism, Possession of child pornography, Luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication, and Makes, prints, publishes or possesses for the purpose of publication any child pornography
After his arrest, Tulloch was released, with a court appearance scheduled in Napanee at a later date.
