A Greater Napanee driver faces multiple charges after being stopped by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) for impaired driving.
On Monday, January 13, 2025, just before 6 p.m., OPP responded to a traffic complaint about a vehicle swerving into oncoming traffic on County Road 41, in Greater Napanee.
Kyle Schenk, 34, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and operating a vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood.
Schenk was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Court in Greater Napanee on February 4, 2025. The accused’s license was suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
