
A Napanee resident is facing impaired driving charges after a late-night traffic stop.
On February 25, 2025, just before 11:00 p.m., members of the Lennox and Addington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle traveling west on Bridge Street in Greater Napanee. After an investigation, police charged 38-year-old Tanya Hendrick with operation while impaired by alcohol and operation while impaired over 80 mg.
As a result, Hendrick’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded. The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Napanee on March 18, 2025.
