Hydro One is asking residents in our listening area to be patient as they deal with multiple outages due to the ice storm.
The precipitation has led to downed lines. Hydro One crews are responding and providing outage updates available every 10 minutes.
Customers can report outages by texting 92887 (WATTS) or calling 1-800-434-1235.
Customers can track outages through the free Hydro One app or on the Storm Centre map online. You can also sign up for text or email alerts here.
