Drivers in Greater Napanee should prepare for traffic delays as Old Hamburg Road is now reduced to one lane. The lane closure is expected to last several months while work is completed for a future housing development in the area.
In a separate update, the Town of Greater Napanee has lifted its seasonal load restrictions. The change took effect on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, and allows heavy vehicles to travel on all municipal roads without restriction.
Motorists are asked to drive with caution and follow all posted signs during construction.
