A 15 year old from Deseronto will be in Napanee Youth Court October 28th following an incident September 26th. Officers with L&A County OPP received numerous driving complaints about a motorcycle in Deseronto. Officers located the driver on Dundas Street and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The rider lost control and collided with a stationary police cruiser. The rider was transported to hospital where he was treated for minor injuries and released. The 15 year old is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, impaired operation of a motor vehicle, 2 counts uttering threats to cause death, failing to comply with a youth court disposition and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
