The Museum of Lennox and Addington in Napanee is looking for images and stories to add to their archives from community members.
myFM spoke with Kim Kerr, who says the inspiration for this project came out of Massachusetts, called the Mass Memories Road Show.
Kerr told us a bit about how these images and stories may be used.
Photographs can be of yourself growing up here, your ancestors from a century ago, a business or even your family participating in a COVID-19 activity while stuck at home.
To take part in this project, you’re able to visit the archives with your photos.
Stop by the Museum of Lennox & Addington, located at 97 Thomas Street East in Napanee, Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm until April 30th. They will be open on Saturday, April 30 from 10-5 for this project. Call 613-354-3027 for more information or visit www.CountyMuseum.ca.
