If you’re looking for something fun to do this summer, why not check out the Quinte West Pop-up vendors in Centennial Park.
Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison tells myFM, the Pop-ups are a seasonal staple in Centennial Park.
Harrison says this economic and tourism initiative will feature a full roster of food and retail options along the waterfront path in Centennial Park from May 31 to Sept. 3.
Participating businesses include:
- Banana Splitz – offering up to 33 flavours of ice cream, bubble tea, milkshakes and more.
- Benji’s Waffle Hut & Beverage Bar – featuring a variety of waffles and beverages to suit any palette.
- The Community Bakehouse – featuring a variety of treats, squares and frozen foods.
- The Forge Wood Fired Pizza – offering fresh wood-fired pizza with unique pizza pies.
- Sweet Deal Food Truck – on site all summer long serving up a variety of summer treats out of their mobile truck.
Harrison says there will also be Mini Pop-ups involving businesses participating in shorter two-week sales opportunities throughout the summer.
This season’s mini Pop-ups vendors include: Barbi’s Gourmet Hotdogs, Barbacoa Boyz, Designs by Alexis Rose, Ellie & Grace Bows, Farmer’s Daughter Sub Shoppe, From the Homestead, Happy Buddha, Kind, Inclusive, Diverse (KID) Stories, Made by Miss Maria, Nature’s Finest Essential Oils, Something Creative by Sophi, Sweet Burrow Co., SweetLegs Belleville with June, Trendsetter Canada, and Totes & More.
The Quinte West Pop-ups will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesdays through Sundays, and holiday Mondays July 3 and Aug. 7, between May 31 and September 3.
