The Deseronto Public Library is excited to share that it’s secured funding from the Canada Summer Jobs grant to hire a student for an 8-week position in summer 2024.
This supports youth employment and offers a valuable opportunity for a local student.
“We are delighted to receive the Canada Summer Jobs grant,” said Julie Lane. CEO of the Deseronto Public Library. “This funding will allow us to hire a motivated and enthusiastic student to assist with our summer programs and services, further enhancing our ability to serve the community.”
The selected student will assist with library programs, gaining valuable experience.
