Kingston Police are thinking the public for the abundant number of tips that was provided, leading to the arrest of Elizabeth O’Neil, one of the two accused parties connected to a sexual assaulted investigation.
O’Neil and 27-year-old Brendon Spurrell picked up a minor who was known to them from Belleville and transported them to their residence in midtown Kingston. The victim was reportedly sexually assaulted by Spurrell before managing to escape and seek help from a passing motorist, who promptly alerted authorities.
Spurrell has been charged with sexual assault with choking, sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, and breach of probation, while O’Neil has been charged with accessory after the fact.
Police are still attempting to locate Spurrell, who’s described as Caucasian, 27 years of age, 5’9” tall, approximately 155 lbs, with a medium complexion, medium build, brown short hair and blue eyes. Spurrell may have a partial light brown beard and may be wearing glasses. He may be driving a black 2012 Nissan Rogue with licence plate number CVLE441. (See images below)
