KFL&A public health is setting its sights on becoming a Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO). This designation, overseen by the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO), involves a three-year process to create evidence-based practices improving health outcomes.
Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox and Addington (KFL&A) Public Health is embarking on this journey to enhance patient care, reduce costs, and boost staff satisfaction.
The BPSO program aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement, aligning with KFL&A’s strategic goals.
With over 150 Canadian organizations already holding the BPSO designation, including Kingston Health Sciences Centre, this initiative represents KFL&A’s commitment to innovation and high-quality care.
