A farmers market is set to return to downtown Napanee after the Town of Greater Napanee signed a new operating agreement with the Lennox & Addington Chamber of Commerce on March 11, 2025.
The agreement allows the Chamber to manage the market, which will be held in the rear parking lot of Town Hall. It also includes a lease for the Chamber to use two small offices inside the building. Town Council approved the agreement on February 25.

As part of ongoing investments in Market Square, repairs to Town Hall’s roof, stairs, and interior will take place this year. More upgrades, including a designated market space, are planned for 2026.
